What counts as an extraction?
Every receipt or screenshot you save to a tracker counts as one extraction. Uploading and reviewing is free — you're only charged an extraction when you actually save the result.
How do the free extractions work?
You get 100 extractions free when you sign up — no expiration. After that, your account includes 50 free extractions every month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
What types of images can Pixit read?
Any photo or screenshot with readable text — receipts, invoices, earnings statements, pay stubs, order confirmations, and more.
What is the Business setup fee for?
We schedule a call to connect directly to your Salesforce org, map your custom fields, and make sure everything is working before you go live. It's hands-on onboarding, not just a sign-up link.
Can multiple people use the same account?
Pro is a single-seat plan. Business is priced per seat — each person gets their own account under one billing relationship.
Is my data stored?
Your photos are processed once and never stored. The extracted data (store, amount, date, and the other fields you track) is saved to your account so your History and Ask Pixit features work — you can delete it any time by emailing
[email protected]. We never sell or share your data.
